Motel 6-Spokane, WA - East

The management was great, and the day crew are amazing people. It was easy to rebook and pay and when we had some trouble paying on time they were very nice about it. We especially loved Heather and Daniel 2 of the best employees ever!!! I do recommend this motel over the surrounding hotels. 10/10 highly recommended!!!!

Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was loud but did the job super well, the bed was tough but slept like a baby, the ice machine downstairs was powerful which saved me a few bucks as I refilled my cooler for the next long leg of my drive. The reception guy was great and helpful (hi Davis!). No complaints whatsoever. Doesn’t get better value for money.

The man working the front desk the night I checked in was so, so, so nice and accommodating. The facilities were also very clean, inside and outside. Ample parking and a great size grassy area for dogs. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Spokane!

The morning front desk people are so nice and friendly, love their politeness and they always have a smile on their faces... now I do have one complaint and that's for the 2nd shift front desk clerk, she was very rude, unprofessional, lied to her boss Jessica about another guest throwing her phone which I was a witness and the guest from room 226 placed the desk clerk's phone on the counter and didn't throw it like the clerk said..also myself and my boyfriend have been staying here since the 28th of January and she is the only one who hasn't been nice..the cleaning crew is awesome and friendly, and our room is so comfortable and clean...
